Wimpi Salim, Director of PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk. (KKGI), increased his shareholding on April 23, 2024.
In a written statement on April 24, Wimpi Salim mentioned that he had purchased 264,200 KKGI shares at a price of Rp379.5 per share.
“The purpose of this transaction is for investment with indirect ownership,” he stated.
Following the purchase, Wimpi Salim’s shareholding in KKGI rose to 1,080,235 shares, equivalent to 0.02%, compared to his previous holding of 816,035 shares, equivalent to 0.016%. In today’s trading (Wednesday, April 24), KKGI shares dropped by Rp4 or 1%, to Rp388 per share.
