The event commenced with a warm welcome from RAIN Realty’s Director, Eddy, who shared the company’s vision for supporting property sector growth in Samarinda. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was conducted jointly by Muhammad Sofyan, Chairman of the East Kalimantan DPD Himperra, and Eddy, Director of Rain Realty. This milestone event was witnessed by invited guests, including representatives from government and private banks.
An interactive talk show with KPFM Radio Samarinda concluded the series of events for the Soft Opening of Rain Realty’s Marketing Gallery.
“Rain Realty will offer two housing types: Paras Icon & Samara Residence. Paras Icon is a residential cluster for the non-subsidized or commercial housing segment, complemented by the flagship commercial hub, Andalan Shop House. Meanwhile, Samara Residence focuses on the subsidized housing segment. The total area spans 10 hectares, featuring a one-gate system, a 20-meter-wide ROW, and facilities including a boulevard, clubhouse, prayer room, playground, and jogging track, all designed with a modern and eco-friendly concept—something new in Palaran,” explained Eddy, Director of Rain Realty, during the interactive talk show.
Eddy also mentioned that the installment plans for Samara Residence start from just 1 million Rupiah, with mortgage facilities available, making it easier for Gen Z to own their own homes, in line with President Prabowo’s 3 Million Homes program.
