Samarinda – PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk, through its business segment Rain Realty, officially took a major step forward in delivering affordable housing for the community.
The project aligns with the Government’s Three Million Homes Development Program, an initiative led by President Prabowo Subianto to address Indonesia’s housing backlog by providing three million livable homes each year.
The groundbreaking ceremony, held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, marks the beginning of an integrated modern township expected to become a new icon of residential living and investment, while supporting economic growth in Samarinda, particularly Palaran and its surrounding areas.
