EmitenNews.com – Resource Alam Indonesia (KKGI) has distributed 25.7 million shares from its buyback program. Out of these treasury shares, 25.69 million have been allocated as bonus shares. The remaining 2,814 treasury shares will be distributed in accordance with regulations.
The transfer of the buyback shares was executed at a price of IDR 525 per share. As a result, the distribution of bonus shares through the transfer of treasury shares is valued at IDR 13.49 billion. The transaction was facilitated by Maybank Sekuritas.
