Samarinda – PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk, through its business segment RAIN Realty, has officially launched Paras Icon, Samara Residence, and Andalan Shophouse as part of a residential and commercial development in Palaran District, Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
These three projects—Paras Icon, Samara Residence, and Andalan Shophouse—are also part of Rain Realty’s strategic initiative to strengthen engagement with consumers and the local community through modern, innovative spaces.
The Grand Opening ceremony, held on May 8, 2025, at the Rain Realty Marketing Gallery, began with a warm address from Rain Realty Director, Eddy Salimah.
“This Rain Realty project is still fresh—it began in late 2025 and will continue to develop in the future. We are fully committed to completing all legal permits. We don’t want to rush and end up with problems later. Legal permits are critical, and we ensure everything is safe, clear, and clean—with no unresolved obligations whatsoever,” said Eddy.
“Why Palaran? Because Palaran is set to become a promising area in the future. The local government supports its development by building key infrastructure, including regional roads,” he added.
Paras Icon is introduced as an exclusive residential cluster, supported by a modern and premium commercial hub in the heart of Samarinda.

In his remarks, Muhammad Sofyan, Chairman of the East Kalimantan DPD Himpera, stated:

Currently, development preparations are being accelerated. The land development for Rain Realty’s residential and commercial areas in Palaran is progressing according to plan.
