Kuala Lumpur – There was something special in the air at the One World Hotel in Malaysia earlier this October. Amid a gathering of prominent business leaders from across ASEAN, Mr. Pintarso Adijanto, Vice Chairman of PERPIT, drew well-deserved attention. He was honored with the title of “Outstanding ASEAN Chinese Entrepreneur” and invited as a keynote speaker at the prestigious ASEAN Chinese Business Leaders Summit 2025.

Many even dedicate a full year to study in China — a meaningful step to strengthen their understanding of heritage and prepare for a sustainable future in business.
Beyond his inspiring words, Mr. Pintarso leads by example. Within his own family, he established a family charter, a system designed to ensure fairness and transparency in both business management and financial distribution. Through this approach, traditional values harmonize with modern professionalism — a balance essential for longevity in family enterprises.
